I recently had the pleasure of working with a client who was relocating from Chapel Hill NC and was in need of a rental property before starting her new position at Pepsico located at Science Park in New Haven CT.
Mary and I had been in contact via email and phone for a number of months prior to her first visit to look at rentals. She had done quite a bit of research online and had narrowed her search to the Branford and Guilford area with an emphasis on finding a waterfront rental.
We were successful in finding her exactly what she was looking for along Lake Quonninipaug in Point Arrowhead. It's a fully furnished year round rental that overlooks the lake with spectacular views. For Mary it was like finding paradise after living in residence in a college area.
Mary moved into her new place a couple of weeks ago and will be starting her position at Pepsico. As soon as she gets settled in we'll be getting together to share a glass of wine, light a roaring fire and take in the beauty of Lake Quonnipaug.
