Jefferson Woods is one of the larger condominium complexes in Branford CT. The complex consits of 285 one to three bedroom ranch and towhouse syle units located just off Route 1 (Branford Hill) and is in the Mary Murphy school district.
There are currently nine townhouses for sale ranging in price from $185,000 to $204,500 with an average list price of $194, 288 with an average of 52 days on the market.
All of these townhouses are two bedroom units and one unit includes a garage.
Three towhouses are currently under contract with an average of 81 days on the market.
In the past six months there have been a total of nine sales in the complex with a minimum sales price of $168,000 to the high of $192,000. Eight of the units sold were townhouses and one was a ranch. The average sales price was $179,555 with an average of 64 days on the market and a average list price to sales price ratio of 95.68%.
